FREQUENLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your child may enroll at any time, space permitting. We accept children as young as Newborn through 6 years of age.  We are currently enrolling students ages 2.5 to 5 years old.

Enrolling and/or reserving a future space for your child at Evergreen Immersion Academy is simple

•   Contact us   and we will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. If we have      space available, we can schedule a time for your family to visit us in our home. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet us, learn more about what we have to offer, and our philosophy of care. 
•  After which time the registration process may begin, consisting of a parent handbook, parent/provider contract, and various enrollment forms. Once they are read, completed, signed, returned, and the deposit has been paid, your child's space has been reserved. 

Note: The deposit is equal to two weeks of childcare costs and is credited towards the last two weeks of your child's enrollment.

The final step is to simply decide on a start date 

If there is no available space for your child at the moment, do not be discouraged. Contact us  and let us know when you need childcare. We will keep your information and as soon as an open space presents itself, we will contact you.

If your child is 2.5 years old and older, your child must know how to eliminate in the toilet.

There is an additional toilet training fee for children ages 2.5 years old and older if after enrollment your child is having frequent accidents.
